| We have been in residential and light commercial construction for 21 years; We started Russell's Heating & Air Conditioning 10 years ago. We are fully licensed and insured*. Because we are a small company, it allows you to talk directly to the owner, not voice mail or an answering machine. Another advantage to being a small company is that it allows very competitive pricing due to our low overhead. The owner, Russell Robinson, is on every job site, no matter how large or small. Our employees have up to 18 years of experience and have been with us through all phases of construction and remodeling.
